I would also like to bring to the discussion, the riots due to the Trade Conference in Belgium (a couple of years back) resulted in the monumental gavel-of-justice, take-no-shit arrest count of one. Really grasping at the straws... he recently lost his appeal due to the testamony of one police officer. The alleged rioter was British.
